Wait times
Currently, the wait times for vacant rental suites with Winnipeg Housing range from six months to two years, depending on the size and location of the suite needed.
In order to ensure the shortest wait time possible, be sure to select as many different areas where you would consider living when you fill out your application. You can only turn down placements twice before you will be sent to the bottom of the list.
