Citizen’s Bridge
Supports clients in acquiring Canadian birth certificates and assisting in the process of other identifications, such as Manitoba Public Insurance photo ID cards, Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) cards, Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) cards, bank accounts, and driver's licenses.
Staff have to submit these application forms on your behalf. Ask staff for assistance.

Procedure:
Call 204-927-9945 on Monday at 9 a.m. to book an appointment
Leave a message with a number where you can be reached and explain the services needed -- birth certificate, status card, taxes, etc.
S.E.E.D. doesn’t answer calls - they call in the order in which they receive voicemails. They book appointments on Monday mornings for the entire week.
